Elaine is a skilled and approachable Occupational Therapist dedicated to empowering children and their families. With nine years of experience in Singapore, following her Bachelor's degree from Trinity College, Dublin, she has developed expertise in diverse settings, from schools (mainstream preschools and secondary school, inclusive preschools, early intervention) to private clinics. She specializes in working with children aged 1-16 who experience developmental, physical, and multiple disabilities.
Elaine's practice is rooted in a strong client-centered philosophy, emphasizing collaborative partnerships with families and schools to create meaningful outcomes. She believes that every individual has their strengths and interests as well as their own unique set of challenges that they might face. Hence, she values the importance of collaboration and working closely with families and schools to help them succeed in their goals.
